Third Space Bolton is insured to provide DBS checked youth workers who can lead Lunch Clubs in schools.  The Fit4Life Course, available on Amazon, provides 12 sessions exploring foundations for wellbeing, including the emotional life, dealing with relationships and home and school as well as practical topics of setting goals and dealing with money.

“Third Space Bolton ran their Fit4Life Resilience and Wellbeing sessions with a group of hand-picked Year 7 students and we are very pleased with the outcomes.  Our students engaged very well with the materials and discussions and felt they had been helped to help themselves with their mental health and wellbeing. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Third Space in running these sessions.”
